I may have a suggestion you could try in order to get your printer installed on your Windows You printer driver has not been added for Windows 10, but from what I've seen on some models you might be able to use the Windows 8. The system sees the printer. I can access properties, etc for the printer but when i try to print, it does not print. Nothing in the printer que window. Anyother suggestions? I have tried the above steps but when I load a W8 driver my computer says it is not compatible. Has anyone found a solution or have I got to throw out a perfectly good printer and 4 cartridges?
